Welcome to CTDG Dev Hub, the community platform operated by Cointelegraph Decentralization Guardians (CTDG).

By using this site - available at https://devhub.cointelegraph.com - you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use.

CTDG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Dev Hub for the purpose of publishing, reviewing, and discussing proposals, validator initiatives, and governance topics within supported blockchain networks.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the portal.

CTDG may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms.


3. Conditions for Use

Your permission to use the CTDG Dev Hub is subject to the following conditions:

  • You will use the portal only for its intended purpose - collaboration on blockchain development, governance, and validator coordination.

  • You will comply with all Applicable Laws and Community Guidelines.

  • You will not interfere with the security, functionality, or accessibility of the portal.

  • You will respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of others.


4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the portal for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.

  • Access or attempt to access other users’ accounts without authorization.

  • Post advertisements, spam, or commercial solicitations.

  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to collect data or monitor activity, except for public search indexing.

  • Falsely imply affiliation with CTDG or Cointelegraph.

  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or software that may damage the system.

  • Interfere with the performance or availability of the portal.

  • Encourage or assist others in violating these terms.


5. Content Standards

You may not submit or post content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful to others. This includes content that is:

  • Harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or hateful

  • Infringing on third-party intellectual property rights

  • Containing confidential or private information without consent

  • Containing malware, spyware, or malicious code

  • Created for the purpose of impersonation or misinformation

CTDG reserves the right to remove or moderate any content that violates these standards.


6. Enforcement

CTDG may investigate any violations and take action, including account suspension, content removal, or legal reporting.

We may also cooperate with law enforcement if required by applicable law.

7. Your Account

Some features of the Dev Hub require registration.

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and current information, including a valid email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions taken under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at ctdg@ct.com.

CTDG may restrict or suspend your account if you breach these terms or our content policies.


8. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on CTDG Dev Hub.

However, by submitting content, you grant CTDG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and archive your content as necessary to operate and promote the platform.

When your content is deleted, this license ends once the final copy is removed from CTDG’s backups and systems.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and the consequences of sharing it publicly.


9. Your Responsibility

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CTDG, Cointelegraph, and their affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or damages arising from your misuse of the portal or violation of these terms.


10. Disclaimers

The CTDG Dev Hub is provided “as is” and “as available.”

CTDG makes no warranties regarding the reliability, security, or accuracy of the content on the portal.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

The portal may contain links to external websites or community services. CTDG is not responsible for their content or policies.


11. Limits on Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CTDG and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the portal.


12. Feedback

By submitting feedback, you grant CTDG the right to use it without obligation to notify you, seek approval, or provide compensation.

You may stop using the portal at any time.

Sections concerning Content Ownership, Responsibility, Disclaimers, Liability, and Disputes will survive termination.
